At the PEAK time, everything is very disorganized - a complete mess at the pick-up point.
The employees are quite young and clearly have no experience working with customers / customers / people - they are fussy, not stressful at all - they "freak out" a lot, inattentive to each other (employees do not seek to help each other), but they are not rude to customers and are quite friendly.
Given the small area, it still needs to install high-quality computer devices and scans (they often hang, do not work), add a place for customers to check the quality of the goods (very closely, with the requirement to "check quality control in the presence of an employee") and figure out a certain procedure for accepting goods / its correct placement in warehouses and clear organized delivery.

Good WB, what else can I say. I only went there until it opened right under the house, on 50 let Pobedy Street, and if there's always a queue and the workers can just say "so I'll go out for 5 minutes," then everything is stable on Gvishiani, the only thing is that there's not enough space.
