It's a disgusting attitude. The location is good for this area, but they work... we won't order anything else here. Ruined the whole impression…The situation was recent. My mom didn't like the product, she wasn't going to pick it up, the product was returnable, moreover, with a small defect. And we had the right to refuse without buying it back. After the fitting, the manager refused to cancel the order and charged the money for the product, which we had the right to refuse. I found a scratch there that was on the product before the fitting, arguing that we had a bad look in front of the camera and now we have to buy, otherwise she will be fined. Why on earth should I, as a buyer, pay for a marriage that was sent to me? Supposedly they have new rules like this. Which for a moment violate the law of the Republic of Belarus. As a result, it came to a conflict. As a customer, I was right. But I had to wait for the refund request to be approved anyway and wait for my money. I had to call the hotline and explain the situation, so that they would somehow move there.And all because the manager decided to charge us the money. Previously, they always refused the product without question, but now it is not known what the managers or the marketplace itself are doing.
