Disgusting!!!! Previously, it was served normally. At some point, a strange girl operator appeared, who works on the principle of "What I want, I turn!". She did not accept the refund on a whim, demanded that we write a marriage application, although it was not really about marriage, but about inconsistency with the description, and I said that I was ready to have money withdrawn from me for a refund. It's just that my teenage daughter was returning it and I didn't want to waste time. And this girl took the opportunity to play the "wicketkeeper"!!! Another time there was no ONE at the point at all, I had to wait 5-10 minutes for her to return after buying coffee. There was no note, nothing at all. I came, silently stood behind the counter, neither hello nor sorry... Today I sent my daughter to receive an order, this girl fooled her head for a long time with the fact that the code does not "pass", but it is valid. She didn't give me the code and phone number either. She categorically refused to pick up the phone and talk to me. Later, I told my daughter, they say, I do not know, maybe the pick-up point blacklisted you because of bad reviews... The height of arrogance!!! Have you thought about removing your pick-up point from the list of possible ones, since you are not able to serve customers properly???
