The entrances and exits, despite the abundance of goods, are free and do not interfere at all. One of the wishes is to add a little light inside, - when it is lighter, "it is easier to breathe" :-)

The staff work well, are polite enough, courteous and attentive.
The room itself is already tired and requires cosmetic repairs.
It would be great to replace the lighting. This will not radically affect the payment of utilities, because the room is very dim.
The furniture is already badly worn.
There are boxes in the fitting rooms.
Also, indicate in the system that you have a lunch break so that customers can plan their trip to you and not stand near the door.

On March 10, the cashier inadvertently canceled my order, and therefore I was left without the goods, which I had been waiting for 2 weeks and without 1200 tenge, as they were withheld from me. Moreover, the cashier categorically did not admit her guilt, referring to the fact that this was a site error (she clarified with another cashier, they replied that only the cashier could cancel the purchase). The cashier threw a tantrum at me for the whole queue, threatened to call the police if I didn't give back the goods, shouted that she worked for pennies from morning to evening, drank so much dirt and negativity on me, but all she had to do was apologize, admit guilt and settle everything humanely. The lack of professionalism and banal decency led to this. Today, her shift is back, 04/13/2023, she didn't even go in, because she'll screw up again, I'm sure. The illiteracy and inattention of such would-be workers undermine the reputation of both the pick-up point and the entire wildbury. Take action against this employee, I am already silent about the moral and financial damage.
