An employee of the pick-up point was rude when trying to receive an order and threatened my friend with breaking his fingers for allegedly showing him a fax (I was walking next to him and he didn't do anything like that to an employee), I would like the owner of the pick-up point to choose employees more carefully. Well, I would also like to wait for the dismissal of that red-haired guy with long hair.
