I have to express my extreme dissatisfaction and deep disappointment with the quality of service at the Wildberries pick-up point, where I was "lucky enough" to encounter an employee named Olga Zakrevskaya.
Throughout her stay at the pick-up point, Olga demonstrated blatant disrespect for visitors. The transition to the familiar "you" in communication with unfamiliar adults is completely unacceptable and indicates the absence of basic rules of etiquette and professional ethics.
Rudeness and rudeness have become the hallmark of communication with this employee. Olga did not hesitate to raise her voice, creating an atmosphere of tension and discomfort for everyone present. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a Wildberries representative.

Moreover, she allowed herself to criticize the time that customers spend on fitting, and express their dissatisfaction in a rude and boorish manner. An employee who allows himself to interfere with the customer's product selection process is, in my opinion, completely incompetent.
In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that I consider Olga Zakrevskaya absolutely unsuitable for working with clients. I strongly recommend that the management take action against this employee, including dismissal, as her actions cause serious damage to the company's reputation. Olga Zakrevskaya's incompetence and boorish attitude alienate customers and force them to refuse further orders to your pick-up point.
