Disgusting service!!!! The behavior of the employee, namely Vitalina (I don't know if that's her name, there was no badge), at the Valdberis pick-up point located at 3 Kulman Street, Minsk, was absolutely tactless and arrogant. The product came with a defect, the employee refused to accept it (referring to the marriage in the fitting room), and began threatening the police. When I told her to call, she debited the money from the card without warning and without my consent. She stopped answering my questions and started ignoring me.
