The second situation: I ordered 5 white trousers, opened them under the cameras, asked the girl, an employee of the point, to see if everything was okay with them in order to go try on some trousers, she said that there was some kind of darkening, and if I took them to the fitting room, I would have to pay for them and then to make a refund for a marriage, I asked another employee's girlfriend to look at the same trousers, she said that everything was fine with them, that is, this is a purely subjective opinion!, but I was already afraid to try them on. Next, I took three trousers and took them to the fitting room, one suited me, two I wanted to hand over. But the girl did not accept them, saying that they were dirty. But the fact is that I didn't put my trousers over my head!, and the floor and the rug in this dressing room were dirty, and, of course, no matter how carefully I put them on, I could get a little dirty, because, again, the dressing room is dirty! As a result, I did not take the goods that were suitable for me, because I was afraid that I would not be approved of returning the goods again, as in the first situation I described. The girls also told me not to go to their point anymore and choose another point, but this one suits my location. The queues are very long in the evening, the mess at the point itself: the door is broken, there is not enough space for everyone to open their goods under the cameras, the fitting rooms are dirty.

And if the employee is a rude and eternally dissatisfied person, communication causes one negative. 06.11.2024 the employee with her incorrect and uncultured attitude to the buyer and, not for the first time, left an unpleasant impression about the work of this pick-up point, This was already the last straw. Because of this, it became necessary to change it to another pick-up point.
