The biggest plus for me is that it's close to home. I have never had any negative situations related to this pick-up point, professional workers have not lost anything, they have not been rude, there are queues, but the guys work quickly and do not have to stand on duty.
Due to the lack of competence of employees in their work (they were hired, but they forgot to teach them how to use the program), the money has not been refunded for two months. The "senior" manager is just a BOOR who has no idea about proper communication with customers.
