I do not know where so many laudatory reviews on this item come from. My mom went to pick up the order on July 2nd. The package was quite large. Upon receipt, Mom asked for the package. The girl muttered something through her teeth, behaved rudely, then said, "if you don't like it, go to another point." Your item receives a percentage for each order. If you allow yourself to talk rudely with customers and send them to another pick-up point, then I will write to the Wildberry representative office about the level of service at this point and what impression of the Wildberry platform after such representatives in Ekibastuz.
