To be honest, it's just awful. It's okay to leave for 15 minutes, leaving a torn cardboard box on the door. A person only has a couple of minutes to pick up their order. If you have breaks throughout the day, then indicate that you can plan your time, rather than standing and waiting for the employee to return.It is also normal to solve your personal issues when issuing orders. The guy is not attentive at all, he can give part of the order and continue talking on the phone. It is better to go a little further, to a normal pick-up point, where we used to go. When this point was opened again, everyone was happy, it's a pity that nothing is changing, but it's only getting worse.
