In general, I went to this pick-up point for a long time, and there were questions when I couldn't find the right product, but everything happens and these are small things. But the last unpleasant moment was when, after opening the door to the pick-up point, it was open, but there was no one inside, the lights were off and there was no one for 20 minutes, there was already a queue behind me, but no one came. That is, there was just access to the pick-up point and there was no one inside

I don't recommend it. There are always some kind of overlays - employees (more often guys) search for goods for a very long time, get confused, once they just showed the product from a distance and said it was defective, but they didn't give it to them. Yesterday, two items that were paid for when ordering were not returned at all. My husband picked it up using a qr code, he didn't check the quantity of goods... I returned the next day, to no avail.

excellent pick-up point. large bright room, plenty of space, two changing rooms. I don't see any crowds there, the girls are polite and work quickly.
