There was a good pick-up point until a girl who introduced herself as Tatiana got a job there. I don't know if that's her name, blonde hair, no badge. So this girl is a typical disgruntled WB employee from TikTok: she never says hello herself when you arrive, check the goods only at the counter (of course, it's very convenient to do this when you have underwear in your order, and a man is standing behind you), an hour before closing, she will yell at the whole point that we are closing soon. Today, she defiantly wrote off the product even before I checked it. The other employees are polite, always friendly, and there are no questions for them. Now it's not pleasant to pick up goods at all, if the owners wanted to reduce my expenses at this point, then successfully, I don't want to go here now.

There are always a lot of people. Queues are constantly. The employees are trying, but because of the volume, they are constantly tortured. The room is small, there are not enough fitting rooms (only 2) It's time to open the 2nd point nearby, within walking distance.

The standard point of issue of orders. Parking problem. This is an apartment building.... There is a barrier. Residents are not welcome to visitors. The door is single. In winter, the cold from the incoming ones prevents you from trying on something comfortably. Sometimes there are problems with cleanliness in the room...
