Cons- there is little space, fitting - checking the goods can be difficult due to the accumulation of visitors; urgently replace the door closer on the front door! I add: it's terribly dirty! It needs to be cleaned at the end of the working day, the rug will soon be gone! It has not become cleaner, there is also a staff turnover and, as a result, a low level of qualifications, hence the queues.

I came for the product on 22.02 and lost the product. A girl with dark long hair started calling another employee, a guy, she gave me a pipe and he started telling me, "write a complaint about our director, we have no working conditions, etc." after which I was offered to refuse the product. I refused and said that whatever the girl was looking for, after 30 minutes of searching, she found it. But the product had a different number for some reason. She threw the goods at me and didn't say a word. As I understand it, this is a new girl, as unpleasant as possible. I've been going to this wb since it opened, and this was the first time.

Don't mislead people.
You're in a hurry to get to the pick-up point after work. You arrive an hour before closing, the door is closed, there is a note saying that they have a break from 20:15 to 21:00. What is the break when the point is open until 21:00?! People don't understand whether they should wait 45 minutes or not. If you have problems that make you unable to work, write that you are closed for technical reasons.

Terrible pick-up point: the room is very small. Employees change very often and cannot find where they put the goods. Because of this, a lot of people gather, and you have to wait for 40 minutes. In general, it is better not to waste your time, but to order at other points, at least the service is faster there.

A good pick-up point. All employees are polite and never had any questions for them (and I visit them every other day). The only thing is that winter has begun and it has become very slippery to climb the stairs near the entrance, and of course there is not enough space at the very point. When people are packed in the evening, it is difficult to stay there and check the issued goods (because there is only one table and a small one).

I made an order to this pick-up point. I paid for it right away. On May 7, the application displayed that the order had entered the PVZ, but it was not ready for delivery for another 2 days. I decided to go ask at the point itself. The girl scanned the barcode, but the order was not found. Although, it was clearly displayed in the office that the order arrived at this pick-up point yesterday at 9 a.m. This was followed by excuses, saying that yesterday I did not receive anything and calls to my superiors asking what to do. As a result, the girl took my phone number and said she would look for the order and call me back. I called back in the evening, said I hadn't found anything, "wait or write to the support service." It's already May 17th. The order was hanging in the status "received at the PVZ", and it is hanging. The support service has been sorting it out for 6 days. Just what they can do if the order is either lost or stolen by PVZ employees. I do not recommend this pick-up point, your order may simply evaporate.
