(The product is returnable, 14 days have not expired) The product was of good quality, the girl did not accept it at the pick-up point, a bright marriage, she said you need to make an application and send it by marriage. I had to apply right at the pick-up point, the girl under the camera was telling me what to write!
Of course, my application was not approved. I had to go to the pick-up point again on 03/22.25. Also, the girl did not accept the bag, she told me to call the hotline! I didn't understand what to say, because I hadn't seen the marriage myself, but the girl at the checkpoint continued to claim that it was there!
After I got through to the support service, on the advice of a consultant, I had to go to another pick-up point. The consultant explained that if there really is no marriage, the product will be accepted there!! Voila, after inspection, the product was accepted!!!
That is, the girl from the pick-up point at 38a Kutepova Street, getting used to her powers, refused me! I had to waste my time and nerves!
Earlier at the same point, the same girl, without my approval, debited money for purchases! I had to make a refund for some of the items!
