The woman who worked at this pick-up point on May 30, 2025, does not know how to communicate with customers, sits unhappy, is rude, and responds to a product with an obvious marriage that she does not consider it a marriage and will not mark the return as a marriage! And as a result of my comment on how to serve people with such a dissatisfied face, she called the police.😂
When asked to provide me with a book of comments and suggestions, she replied that she was at their office on Skryganova, since it was already evening and while waiting for the police, the office on Skryganova had already closed, I did not have time to write a complaint on the same day.
The police took an explanation from me, and an employee of this pick-up point wrote a statement against me for insulting😂😂
Well, I, in turn, will go to all instances to write complaints about this pick-up point and this woman.
It's terrible! It's a pity for the owner that such people work for him and scare away customers with their mood and discontent!

This is the best PVZ of Wildberries. I only want to order everything here because the nicest girls work here. They do their job at 10/10. It is always clean and tidy inside, after receiving the goods you always come out with a smile from pleasant communication.

I often order products on Wildberries. Everything is always promptly given out at the pick-up point, the staff is polite, no questions arise. The fact that the money is returned to the card for a long time, as previously written, is definitely not a question for the pick-up point, so it's stupid to lower the rating for this.
