Very polite and friendly staff work at the pick-up point. It's always nice to come shopping. It would be great if the point started working from 09.00, and not from 10.00.
A good pick-up point. But there are queues in the evenings. I pick up orders here all the time. Everything is always polite and correct. They even try to help if something is not clear with the order or refund

The order pick-up point of the Wildberries online store. I bought swimming goggles. I didn't like the quality. After 3-4 trips to the pool, the film on the inside of the lenses began to peel off, which led to fogging and water ingress.
The service is good, everything is clear and fast. Only the room is somehow not cozy. Although, maybe this is normal for a large turnover of people and things.
