they refused to return the goods, the plaster tray, everything was OK on the front side, I was satisfied, there were small dents on the back that would not be visible when the tray was lying on the table, as a result, the tray did not match the color of the countertop, I decided to hand it over, to which the PVZ staff (having previously sent someone a photo) refused to take him away.
