The point on the village is the only one, the only good thing is that the operating mode is observed. Cons: 1) the staff would do well to learn politeness and basic communication ethics; several times the manager just threw orders, did not greet; 2) very little space, only two booths for fitting; 3) floors are rarely clean; 4) elbows near the cash register, as people check a bunch of orders before fitting marriage; 5) boxes with goods are always in the hall at the cash register (because of this there is even less space) and at the exit. 6) there are no packages, usually at other points in free availability, or the order manager himself suggests putting it in the package. So, whenever possible, we try to call a courier at home or pick up orders elsewhere.
Very bad WB rules. When you return an item up to 10p, it does not need to be carried to the pick-up point, the money can be returned anyway, but where to put this product? It would be better if the World Bank took defective goods for recycling.
There are no complaints. You will not be able to catch the queue for more than 5 minutes. Friendly staff and fast service. It's amazing that we have it open at all, to be honest.
