I used to order constantly at this pick-up point until HE showed up (bald guy, I didn't see the name).
He does everything so slowly, he's also rude. I ordered a sweater, checked for marriage (in my opinion, marriage is a hole). The thing didn't fit. When I returned, I found a stain from the concealer (I was without makeup), to my regret that I did not smear it, I did not make up at all. He charged me money, shouting that it was a MARRIAGE. I started arguing with him because I wanted to call the police.
In general, now it's rude to bypass it. By the way, I left good sums there every week. But I'll go to the next PVZ

If you see him, it's better to turn around and come back another time! At 15:00, not rush hour, weekday, July 31, to create a huge queue because of his incompetence - he is the master! Despite the fact that he was not working alone! I ask you to take action, namely, high-quality training, so that he does not hang on the phone for hours calling his colleagues to find out "WHAT IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO"?
