It's very bad to do this on your part, they intercept orders, redirect everything to themselves without warnings or notifications and do not allow you to choose another destination. All orders were taken from the village of Dolinka, requests to redirect to another pick-up point in the city of Shakhtinsk are also not responded to by the disgusting support service, they refuse to redirect orders that were taken to the village of Novodolinsky, they only offer to pick up here. They do not respond to the problem of a difficult bus route and the inability to get to this pick-up point!

A bad pick-up point redirects parcel orders from Dolinka to themselves without the possibility of at least some choice of pick-up point. They do not respond to requests to redirect where there are bus routes and you can pick up orders, there are no pick-up points for them in Shakhtinsk, they do not want to redirect them!
