The most shameful pick-up point.
They establish their own rules that contradict the law. When I asked where you got such requirements from, they start coming up with all sorts of nonsense and squirming, saying that they are reading somewhere out there, it is not clear where, do not interfere with my work. In the end, they were rude and kicked out of the pick-up point. It is immediately clear that the person opened the pick-up point, and in order to avoid the hassle of refunds, he came up with his own rules that contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Wilberes needs to check such items.
