She is such a "customer-oriented" girl that she considers it the norm to be rude to customers, throw their goods, raise her voice. Every time her system freezes, she expels customers and closes the PVZ for an unknown period. When asked to be a little more polite, he responds with shouting and insults. Unfortunately, this is the only nearest PVZ within walking distance, but due to the disgusting attitude, we will order in another one. I really want the management to pay attention to the employee, since her bad mood, well-being or other problems affect customers and, accordingly, the business as a whole.
