Huge queues, long waits for the search for the arrived goods (for several days), lack of skills in solving force majeure situations.
I went for two days in a row to get the goods that came two days earlier. During all this time, they never found it for me, I left with nothing. Well, not really: with a bad mood, wasted time after two working days and, most likely, lost money for a refund (I did not calculate it).
I understand that everything happens, but no one took any special measures to provide me with a high-quality service, and it was also served like this: "walk around for a couple more days, maybe we'll find it))", "pay now for the phantom product, and then we'll give it to you."
But so if it were only with me ... each visitor is served for a very long time (since nothing lies in place and cannot be found promptly), because of this there are huge queues, and also in front of me the girl had a similar situation that one of several goods could not be found)
In general, I really do not recommend this PVZ, take care of yourself)
The service is disgusting. They closed the order when I was in the fitting room. That is, they charged money for ALL the goods without my consent!
The girl didn't even apologize for her mistake. I want to put 0 stars!
