You can't reach the pick-up point! There is constant ice on the stairs, people almost fall. During the opening, the PVZ is often closed and you have to wait another 15-20 minutes. The employees themselves are slow, can you give out an order while another opens his product? Many PVZS do not face such problems.

Convenient location near the bus stop, the staff are calm and polite. One minus, the entrance group in winter and spring was littered with boxes and garbage that did not smell very good.
