The female manager refused to give out the product I paid for, due to the fact that it was not displayed in her program, argued with me for a very long time and barely agreed to write down my number to let me know when her program would work. And the most important thing is that right in front of me, she gave the exact same order to a girl, just writing down her phone number for communication, absolutely terrible attitude towards customers. Someone's problem is solved and a paid service is provided, but someone does not even want to record a contact number, let alone issue a paid order.
