Always a good-natured atmosphere without any silly questions, like:"reason for the refund" when returning the product. The store staff is always friendly and understanding. It is always clean and tidy in the room (do not shower). The only thing that could probably be added on the opposite wall is two more fitting booths to reduce the streaming load during rush hours.

I've been coming to this pick-up point for the umpteenth time, and I can't get there. The first time they closed because of the unloading of goods, they hung a cardboard sign, the second time the door was closed, there are no signs, but there are people inside, several people were standing under the doors on the street did not understand what was happening. After 5 minutes, the girl who is in the room cannot leave because of the closed door, a wb employee runs and informs them that they will not let people in anymore, as they will accept the goods.
The third time I came at 10:17 a.m., and again I was greeted by a homemade sign that the pick-up point opens at 11
I am very interested in what time I need to go to be able to get there, considering that the first time I went in the afternoon, the second in the evening, the third in the morning.
For such a service, 2 stars maximum.

Until recently, it was a favorite pick-up point. Then the staff changed and took off. The point has become dirtier, music is playing loudly from time to time, and orders have begun to lose. They couldn't find my filter, they asked me to leave a phone number, and as soon as they find the filter, they will dial. Left. They didn't dial it. Do you know why? I didn't specify a "plus" before the phone number. They hold me (the client) for ... It is very strange why the management does not take action when it is obvious that the quality of service has changed dramatically for the worse.

a terrible pick-up point. Terrible employees: neither hello nor goodbye. I'm already silent about the quality of the work... 15 minutes to look for one person's product?? I couldn't get in at all for two days. there was a sign at first at 11:00 that the goods were being received, then at 15:30 to 18:40 (as I understood it) then the next day there was a sign again. why is the acceptance of the goods taking place at the time of delivery???? It's disgusting.

They were rude, in case of missing an inconspicuous point of dirt that can be wiped off shoes, they did not accept the goods. They started saying that they were fined because of the dirt stain. I didn't even notice the stain. The service is at zero. I have no desire to go to this pick-up point at all, although I have always gone there before.
