The best pick-up point in Astana! It is always clean , the managers are friendly and will always help . A large room and 5 fitting rooms . There are no queues .
The staff is good. The only negative is that it is very cold indoors. Because of the cold, it is not comfortable, even being for a short time, you do not feel comfortable. I think the employees are freezing too. 😕🥶
I've never been there myself, but my grandmother really likes it, especially when she picks up gifts) and if grandma likes it, it means a wonderful and cozy place
