Discussing the client and insulting him, which entails administrative responsibility. Employees do not know how to communicate with clients, it is a pity that they were not taught and trained. Of the permanent employees, only Anastasia, to whom I give 5 points, is an educated person and is trained in cultural communication with clients. Dear administration of the VALDBERIS pick-up point, train your employees in a culture of communication and knowledge of their job responsibilities
