I don't know who all these reviews are about. I have ordered more than once and the girls are very pleasant, always with a smile, always warn that you need to watch under the camera. And they wish you a good day. I really like the pick-up point. Close to home and very pleasant service.
I was glad when the point near the house opened, but it seems in vain…
1. I witnessed how the girl checked the order by cutting the sticker "Thanks for the purchase". When she wanted to return it, the employee refused to accept it, arguing: "You damaged the factory sticker"😂
2. I ordered furniture handles for "fitting" to the locker. One came earlier, I took it home and it didn't match the shade of the metal. I came to take it, they didn't accept it, seeing some kind of microscopic scratch on it. Okay, I'll try to get it back by marriage, but! I did not even pick up the second pen and did not open the package, knowing its inappropriate color. I immediately asked for a refund, to which they pointed out to me some "damage" that was found through a MATTE BAG and told me to issue a refund for marriage. I was so taken aback that I didn't even have words for this absurd situation. Fortunately, the cost is very small, but still the arguments of the employees are not subject to any logic!
(Later I found out that the salary of employees depends on the percentage of repayment on their shifts, so it is simply unrealistic to refuse an order, the girls earn with all their might.)
3. I went to pick up an order half an hour before closing time with a small child. An employee with a cigarette in her mouth came out to hang a sign: "maintenance break of 5 minutes." I asked: "won't you have time to see me?" To which she TURNED AWAY AND LIT A CIGARETTE👍🏻
