Unfortunately, my visit to the Wildberries pick-up point turned out to be extremely unpleasant. From the very beginning, there were problems: I came for my order at the specified time, but the staff could not find my parcel. I had to wait for them to search for her for more than 30 minutes.
When I was finally given an order, I noticed that one of the items was not what I ordered. I tried to explain the situation to the staff, but they treated me with obvious disregard and showed no desire to help. Instead of trying to figure out the situation, I was offered to simply return the product through a refund.
In addition, it was very noisy and uncomfortable at the pick-up point. The atmosphere left much to be desired — the feeling that employees were not interested in helping customers.
In general, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the staff.
