I ordered three positions for mounting the LED strip: terminals, power supply and LED strip. I ordered at the same time and they arrived at the PVZ at the same time. But for some reason the LED strip was cheerful for two days under the status "accepted in the PVZ". 27.11 at 16:30 I come to pick her up. But the tape has not yet been accepted, so I take two accepted positions. I'm going home and after three hours I get a notification "evaluate the quality of the PVZ" and allegedly I received this tape. I attach a screenshot of how right before receiving the LED strip is still in the status "accepted for pvz". I was told that my tape is not there and the employee who gave me the order is also not there now, so we can't help in any way.
It is not the first time I have encountered the practice of "blunders" of things on the PVZ of the World Bank. Because all the goods arrived at the same time, namely, the tape did not go to the accepted status, and when I left the PVZ after receiving the first two positions, I did not receive a notification about the evaluation of the service because my order was simply not closed, in order to do it later right before closing and the next day other employees left. It's a shame that they won't find the tape anyway. I hope at least the money for it will be returned through the marketplace.
Many thanks to the staff of this pick-up point for professional and adequate service! They gave me my order, I tried it on and happily left for Postavy, where a week earlier I was refused a fitting at the pick-up point on Gagarin Street.
