terrible attitude towards customers. Couriers don't feel like they're working at all. We did not wait for delivery of 2 large-sized goods by courier, we came to pick them up from another city ourselves, we waited 20 minutes while the employee was in the warehouse, when he came out he said that the working day was over!!! Deliver the goods on time, rather than waiting for their shelf life to expire!

The nearest pick-up point to our house is always fast, the staff is polite. It is a pity that there is less space for visitors at the point.
