Telling people that I'm holding them up! Escalating the situation that I have to pick up this product and she doesn't care! I asked for a complaint book - it's not at the pick-up point! Just the phone number (I don't know who: the manager, the director? Who is he?, they didn't even introduce themselves to me, there is no position or name written on the sign!) I had to call him: abruptly, the goods have already stopped being hung on my card! I didn't hear any apologies from the manager! And I also heard from her "friend-colleague" that it's not the first time I've confused the product! What's the point? I didn't confuse anything, it was definitely a joint of Valdberis! But I started to remember these two "young ladies" that I had come before, that they didn't like something there, and so on.. Can you imagine? The employee should also like you! Otherwise, you will be credited with everything that your imagination desires!!!The result: the mood was ruined! They didn't ask for an apology! There is no complaint book! Thank God they didn't hang a product that wasn't in my account in the order, it's just some kind of game! Check how much money is being written off and for what!!!! And finally, they made a mockery of people!!! If you don't know how to work with people, go wash floors and toilets, but humiliating people you don't know is not allowed!!!! You work in the service sector, not on a farm with animals!!!
Rude and vulgar attitude. They dictate and interpret their own rules without following the rules of the trading platform. Without my confirmation, they charged money for the product that I refused. They wrote off the money, considering that from their point of view it was defective: a dirty strip in the place where the thing was folded (the pants came in this form). The dirty strip was cleaned with a wet cloth. They refused to give the management's phone number and a book of complaints and suggestions. With chuckles, they offered to take him to the police station. The seller of the product confirmed that there are no grounds for a refund due to a marriage and you can return the item within 14 days in any PVZ :)))
Until recently, there was an excellent PVZ in terms of employee attitudes and their work. After today's visit, it's better to use 55 Rafieva in the future, a very young employee, instead of explaining adequately, began to be rude when I was silently waiting for the payment due to unpacking the non-returnable goods.
