Unfortunately, the experience of interacting with this Wilberis pick-up point left me with a bitter aftertaste.
05/02/2025 an employee of this institution negligently and negligently handled the order, inadvertently destroying a package with an important barcode and did not notify the buyer (the pensioner's mother) that the package with the barcode needed to be saved. The appeal the next day demanding the return of the goods was refused due to the lack of the necessary identification.
However, the most pathetic moment was the manner of communication of the representative of this pick-up point. Instead of showing sympathy and a desire to help the client solve the problem, the employee pointedly turned away and rudely addressed the client. Such incompetent behavior not only speaks to the inadequacy of the staff, but also distorted the general perception of the entire Wilberis company.
I hope that this situation will attract the attention of competent persons and force them to review the standards of service at this pick-up point, as well as be able to protect future customers from such troubles and create an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding.
Extremely unacceptable service!
The staff is incompetent, but the saddest thing is the indifferent leadership.
The management of this pick-up point probably has important responsibilities, but their attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. They refused to return it due to the lack of a package, which they themselves threw away.
05/03/2025, not only was there complete incompetence in the interaction between the employee and the supervisor who was dialed on a mobile phone. But the most unpleasant thing is the lack of empathy and understanding of the problem to the client.
I hope that these observations will attract serious attention from management to the processes of training, quality control, and employee behavior.
The disgusting attitude of the employee, as if I was at work and not her. I wrote everything in more detail in the evaluation of the item!
P.s. Before, there were always girls who were very polite.
