By the way, we were the only ones at the point. At the end of the fitting, they gave the sneakers and other goods that did not fit the employee, she wrote off the money and said that she needed to apply for a marriage on her own. The fact that the sneakers were under the cameras from the beginning of the fitting to the end did not bother her. The fact that as soon as the marriage is seen, the buyer does not have to run to the employee and talk about it, if he is not going to take the goods to the fitting room, also did not bother her. Well, okay, if the "marriage" application is not approved by the seller within a week, the issue will be resolved in a different way. The pick-up point and Valeria will spend money and nerves.
And the advice to other visitors of this pick-up point is to link an empty card before going there, maybe they will also want to deduct your money for some extra goods)
08.11.24 in the interval from 14:30 to 15:00 I came to pick up shaving foam. When opening the shipping package UNDER the camera, it turned out that the foam was broken. I asked to issue a refund for marriage, because it is clear that the goods were damaged during transportation. The employee refused to do this, saying that the factory packaging was violated.
I very much doubt the competence of the PVZ operators. At least, they don't talk to customers in raised tones. A preventive conversation with the staff at this point is definitely necessary)))
