Good time of day. I want to share my phone repair experience. A cell phone is a part of life and should always be in working order, so I've changed almost a dozen devices in 25 years. I always followed the same pattern: problems started – I bought a new one. But this time the devil got mixed up – I decided to repair Xiaomi Mi 10T. On May 9 of this year, they stopped hearing me, i.e. the microphone probably failed. By the way, the phone is strong, it fell seriously a couple of times, the entire back cover was cracked, but all the functions worked and there have been no complaints about it so far. I searched the Internet, looked at the reviews and chose a workshop closer to the White Service house at 8/2 Brilevskaya St., Minsk.
I unsubscribed via Viber about replacing the back cover – they responded and delivered the phone for repair in the morning on 05/10/2025. I also explained the problem with the microphone when handing over the phone, they gave me a replacement phone and told me to wait for the call. They called in the late afternoon and said that everything was ready. I arrived and took the phone with a new back cover, the master blew into the microphone – everything is audible on the other phone. I gave the money back and went home. On Monday morning, the first call came, and lo and behold, they couldn't hear me again. I brought the phone back, they said - probably the lower board with the microphone flew, we'll change it. I agreed to a replacement fee for 130 rubles and went to work. And that's where the miracles began. According to the master, they tried to throw two boards and none of them worked. Then, on his own initiative, he rewired the lower microphone, then the upper one – zero success. Then he discovered that if he clicked on the board near the camera module (there was a bump), the microphone was working and he assembled the phone, glued it with something propping up the board (according to him). I arrived the next day and was asked to pay 130 rubles, but when I checked, it turned out that the microphone was still not working, and the cameras had stopped working. When talking on the phone with the director, I was assured that everything would be fixed and there would be no problems. The next day, I called myself and they started telling me that I needed to change the motherboard, because microcracks had formed on it, and then there were a lot of words and explanations, of which there was only one conclusion – IT WAS MY OWN FAULT. I came to the workshop and in order not to spoil my nerves, I just said – return the phone. I thought, well, it will now serve as a navigator in the car, but that was not the case. As a result of the repair, the phone turned into a pumpkin. In addition to the microphone not working, the cameras stopped turning on and the phone does not see the sim card. CONCLUSION: to give the equipment to this workshop for repair is just to throw away money, waste time and nerves. Never set foot in the repair shop again.

It took replacing the motherboard on the laptop. We searched and installed it for more than a month. Plus, they insisted on reinstalling Windows. They charged 450 rubles for everything (which immediately seemed expensive). The price was named after the installation. For this money, you could buy a used laptop in pretty good condition! They refused to say what the fee was, where it was purchased, how much the fee itself cost, and how much the replacement cost. The problems surfaced immediately: a very long download when turned on and a slow, hanging Youtube. He brought it back, described the problem - "Let's change Windows again." OK, changed, another 50 rubles. The problems, of course, have not disappeared. I called again, this time with anger - "Come, we will return your 50 rubles." I came again - they did not return anything, but they began to sell more RAM. Picture: the repairman himself puts in new RAM, sees for himself that nothing is changing, but still stubbornly tries to sell them to me. "You have an old laptop, there's nothing you can do.".. Yes, I know it's not new, but I have another laptop of the same age, but it works great.
After several trips to other services, it turned out:
1. The problem is precisely in this replaced board, it is VERY bad (and not in the double replacement of Windows and new RAM;
2. It's not easy to find a fee, but it doesn't take a month for people who are engaged in these repairs.;
3. And most importantly, it costs several times cheaper - other services laughed when they heard this price.
It's a shame not even for the money, but for being tricked and made out to be an idiot.

I took the gaming laptop to the service. Standard cleaning, flushing, purging, etc., etc. I gave it in the evening, a day later I already took it away. Everything that needs to be explained, shown and offered to conduct a test on the spot. I refused.
The only question is the price. In Yandex maps, the price of 50 buns is in the goods and services section and it is not specified whether the price differs depending on the type of laptop. For my gaming laptop, the price was 100 boons. Therefore, the entire price list is called into question.
Maybe there is this clarification somewhere below, or on the website, but the fact is that it was not there where the price is indicated.

It's just a terrible service! I handed over the headphones for diagnosis, paid 50 rubles, hoping that they would find the cause of the problem, because one earphone turned off after a few minutes. I expected that they would explain to me what was the matter and provide me with a normal act. But instead, they just listened a couple of times and wrote in the act: "short—term earphone operation" - well, yes, I knew it myself! They took money for such a "diagnosis", and there were also grammatical errors in the act! Absolutely incompetent service, they just took the money and did nothing. I do not advise you to apply, it is a waste of time and money!
