The complex is excellent, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there is everything you need, the Windows offer a very beautiful view, and we also really enjoyed the breakfasts. In general, a wonderful place to relax!!!

Cons:
* There are no slippers in the rooms
* There is no soap
* There are no disposable brushes
* The door to the shower room does not close
* Water (hot/cold) does not keep the temperature very stable, but it is acceptable. In general, for Georgia with their plumbing, this is a record in a good way))

I spent three days here, there are foreign smells in the room, the rooms are not cleaned (even after a request). There are no slippers, no toothbrushes, just soap. There is only one towel per person, after two days of use and a request to change
the towel, only one was changed. We have to go to the next building for breakfast. Plus, a dog came by for breakfast today, and he later rode the elevator safely. So-so hotel👎

There is only one shop on the territory of the complex, with vegetables with mold and expired sausage and milk.
The pool is not cleaned and has turned green.
Restaurants on the territory are not tasty and expensive.
There is no hot water in the rooms.
The amount of utility bills is several times more expensive than the rest of the city and it is unclear what you get for it.
There are no free sunbeds in summer. People have been occupying since 7 am.
The broken playground was simply dismantled and now there is emptiness in its place.
There is a smell of dogs in the foyer, after the rain it is simply impossible. They just live on sofas by elevators.
If this is the best LCD in the city, as the advertisement says, then what about other places.

A chic complex with a convenience store , a large luxury swimming pool , delicious pebbles . The sea is across the street , a walking street . We really liked everything, I recommend it.

On a trip to Georgia, we rented apartments in Batumi. A mini apartment with two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen. Shower and toilet. Furnished and linen. You can also take it off for a long time, breakfast is included in the price. There was no swimming in the pool, it was cool and it was raining. For two nights, 16000 rubles for our money. The children found it cheaper for 12000 rubles but also in another guest house

Nice hotel with sea view, but the dining room is a mess during breakfast. There is always a queue when receiving food, even when receiving appliances - plates of spoons due to the inconvenient location of the buffet being served.
