A great hotel, the rooms are clean and new, a very beautiful area with stairs and in the woods. Everything you need is available, swimming pool, gym, buffet... It is located in an urban area between two beaches, which is very convenient.

We had a rest in December 2023 . Overall, the hotel is good. We lived in a White building, which is on the road, which is just wonderful, we didn't have to run to the top often)) . However, to have breakfast and swim in the pool, you still need to climb the stairs, since the hotel is located on a hill. Well, it's even good, at least some kind of physical activity)) the breakfasts are delicious, the coffee from the car is delicious. The only negative is the shower. You turn on the shower , but it's not aimed at you, but at the wall. I had to contrive to take a shower. And this is not only in our room, friends from the next room have the same trouble.)) Well, the cleaning leaves the best to do. The furniture is scribbled with a simple pencil, apparently after the previous guests.

Probably once, before the pandemic, it was a decent hotel. Now...When we were first settled, I had a nervous tic. It seemed that no one had lived in this building for a long time. Reception, corridor to the elevator, the elevator itself, stairs...I have never seen such dirt in any hotel. The room is large, relatively clean, but everything is so old. The sound insulation is very bad, you sleep like on the street. These are the cons.
Positive. The breakfasts are decent. The hotel is located as if in a city block, so this is the only building in Peach where you do not need to climb up and down. Located between Kata Beach and Karon, there are many massage parlors and cafes around.
If this building is ever washed, it will probably be the best location in this hotel!!!

A normal hotel. A normal kitchen. Convenient location. There are many restaurants around. The sea is very close. There are buildings on the hill. They are more expensive and the view from them is better. But it will be difficult for people with musculoskeletal problems. There is a building in the lowlands. There are no views from it, but you do not need to go down and climb the mountain every day. In addition, this building is the cheapest for living. The rooms are nice and spacious. However, the rooms are dusty. Cleaning is not done thoroughly. The hotel reaches 4 stars with a stretch. But overall, I was satisfied with the hotel.
