The hotel is simply 100 out of 10! Everything is perfect. The food is beyond praise. The staff is very polite and tries their best!
Different types and dishes of meat, lots of seafood, red fish, fresh strawberries, lots of cakes and desserts! Heated pools, one infinity pool. Alcohol and drinks are all in a jar and individually packaged. The room was cleaned every day, the staff went to the bars themselves and asked what to bring and the drinks were brought in the refrigerator. I'm thrilled! Access to the sea is convenient. The hotel is family-run and quite peaceful. That's what we were looking for. For children, separate entertainment with rooms. There are freshly squeezed juices. Various events are held in the evenings. 3 ala kart restaurants are included in AI. In general, I advise everyone and we will definitely return to it again! It's a 10-minute drive from the airport. Lots of fresh fruits. It turned out a bit messy, but because of the overabundance of positive emotions :)

We had a rest from 11/26/2024 to 12/25/24; I was in Egypt for the first time, my wife visited many times in childhood - I really liked everything absolutely everything, the concept of the hotel, cleaning (above all praise), the work of waiters and menus with a decent choice, staff and animation for adults and children, the work of staff on the beach, the room itself! Everything is bright and clean, something is constantly being washed and scrubbed, the main pools will soon be restored (the coating on the bottom has worn out in places), but we did not swim there. They take you to the beach and bring you there, although it's a leisurely five minutes walk from the main restaurant. Everything is positive, I have never seen anyone in extreme intoxication, the audience is decent and different of all ages. The hotel is not a party place, rather measured and calm, but that's exactly what we needed, so instead of Meraki (the neighboring one) we chose it. Constant quality control of services from the higher-level staff (they ask if there are any questions and complaints) The breakfasts are super: salmon, eggs Benedict and freshly squeezed fresh fruits, mangoes and fruits. In general, it is extremely rare to want to return to where you were, but we will definitely come here again! I recommend it!
A cozy hotel. Among the advantages, polite staff, mild climate (December). It's +25+26 in the afternoon, it's cool and windy in the evening, and you need warm outerwear. The sea is not boiling water, it invigorates) A four- or three-plus meal out of five. Give or take the same thing. Sweets are inferior to Turkish ones, but fresh mango and strawberries save the situation) there is also fresh orange, strawberry and guava available. Alcohol is mostly local.
There are contests and animations on the beach. The entrance to the sea is through the descent of the stairs. And immediately the depth is 7-8 meters. For those who can't swim, there's only the pool. The water is certainly top! Transparent, with a beautiful underwater world and corals.
Cons: there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, you should not open the balcony, there is a weak pressure of water in the shower. There are also no regular shuttles to the sea, so you have to walk.

The overall impression is excellent.

5) I wasn't particularly interested in entertainment, so I can't rate it. I saw karaoke, zumba on the beach, darts, sports games, masquerade, etc.
One of the disadvantages is tired rooms and imperfect cleaning in them. It's not 5 stars, of course. Sometimes it seemed that the hotel grounds and common areas were cleaned better than the room - the items in the room were not dusted, there was also dust on the floor in the corners (although tips were regularly left). The rooms are as shown in the photo, but you can see in person that the hotel is not the first year - there are shoals everywhere.
The weather in January is also a minus, but this is not a complaint about the hotel - just keep in mind that it is quite cool and windy. You can swim, but you will freeze if it is not bright sun and not the middle of the day. And in any case, warm clothes are needed for the evening.
As a result, all the shortcomings were covered by excellent service, delicious food and a good reef. I recommend the hotel, I will be happy to return there again.
Everything is gorgeous! From the rooms to the beach!. Friendly staff, which is important for this country! There is a huge variety of dishes in the restaurant. In the morning there are smoothies to choose from, in the evening seafood - octopus, crabs, shrimps, a huge selection of meat, even the most fastidious will remain satisfied and full! I don't like visiting the same hotels, but in this case I would make an exception! I would love to come back again!
We really liked Posh Club. The pool by the room, the pool by the restaurant, is really a club family vacation. It is clear that the hotel is new, the staff is trying very hard. The cook remade our dishes when the mutton turned out to be salty. He came himself, brought a freshly made lamb square. Delicious. Freshly squeezed juices, especially mango and guava, are very tasty.
In general, the most important thing is that when you take the Posh Club, the hotel's own club infrastructure is available (for example, wild boars on the beach, which are free for Posh Club, and for White Hills guests at 50 USD per day) and a separate shared one. But despite the not very wide menu of the restaurant in Posh Club, we still liked it more - there are few tables, a measured rhythm, no crowds of people, a view of the sea.
In the evening, you can sit in a cafe on the street with a view of the sea and the sunset.
A separate review requires the beach, the entrance to the sea, the diving base right next to the hotel and, in fact, the Red Sea, which is full of beautiful fish around corals. We went snorkeling every day and found more and more representatives of marine life. Tip: take masks from Russia (do not skimp on them) and be sure to test them before arrival so that they do not leak water.
I think staying at this hotel will be a great time for a family with young children (up to 12-13 years old) so, everyone will find something to do, and the rhythm and atmosphere will help to reboot and relax.
A gorgeous hotel. We are vacationing here for the second time, since last year there have been changes for the better. The kitchen is gorgeous, in the morning fresh juices of strawberries, mango, passion fruit, orange. There are a lot of fruits, we are in strawberry season. The rooms are cleaned every day. In any bar, without complaints, everyone brings 👌 After a week of rest, they even know what kind of juice or drink you like 😅💗 This year, their girls' fitness group has been added, inviting them to all the entertainment. Charging, zumba, trampolines, darts, and water aerobics will not leave anyone without attention. They will tell you about all the events for the day. Soho Square is next to the hotel and on some days there is animation outside the hotel, at the entrance. All pools are heated in winter. Going out to sea immediately to the depth, but it's even better for us.

2) Photographers. It was just unpleasant here: from the relationship, the quality of the photo, the same story with money as in the spa. Customer orientation leaves much to be desired.
3) There is a strange attitude in bars: men are served first, then women, and it doesn't matter who came first. Of course, this is a Muslim country, but we are still in a hotel.
4) A shark was seen on the beach near the reef. I personally don't, but the whole hotel has been talking about it for several days.
5) A rather poor animation program for adults, but very good for children.

The drinks are amazing and limitless– I drank a lot, so I can't say about the taste of alcoholic beverages, but I liked everything without alcohol, especially pina colada. I really liked the hotel. It feels like you're not in Egypt. The staff is friendly, not intrusive. 10/10 food for every taste. It's always shrimp. There were crabs and an octopus too. For breakfast, a poached egg with salmon or bacon. Strawberries are just basins. There is a bar with European alcohol on top, but we still have to try to find it. Entertainment for every taste (dancing, aqua aerobics, karaoke).

We stayed at the White Hills Hotel in November 2024. We had a Posh club and a two-storey room with a Jacuzzi on the terrace (second floor of the room). If you choose to take a PC or not, then definitely take it! The price difference is minimal, and the pleasure and comfort with a PC is much greater.
We arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m., we were first checked into one room, and then into our room at 14:00. The guests have a personal transfer from the airport and it is only 10 minutes to get to the hotel, it is very convenient. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the bar in the room was replenished every day.
The sea is clean, straight transparent, lots of fish, very beautiful! Clean towels are provided both at the pools and on the beach.
The food is great!!! This is not the Egypt that everyone is used to, you will not stay hungry here, there is a children's menu. Lots of meat and fish, everything is very tasty.
There are several restaurants in the hotel besides the buffet. Only the seafood restaurant is paid. We visited all the other restaurants and liked the Posh club restaurant the most. Incredibly delicious dishes, restaurant service, but the menu does not change, it is the same every day. I also really liked the sun beds and the place itself with pools, Posh club Jacuzzi. Few people, calm and beautiful. The staff will arrange towels for you, move an umbrella if necessary. Drinks and chips are also brought. Let's move on to the cons of the hotel: the main pools and the 16+ pool have the bottom of the pool already "spoiled", the bottom cover has already been torn off in pieces and it is very visible! Therefore, many photos are spoiled by this.
There is only one Russian-speaking employee for the entire hotel (although 70-80% of the vacationers are Russian). This caused us inconvenience in the first two days, as we had questions about the hotel and could not solve them. But then we were contacted by a Russian-speaking employee and everything was decided.
All the menus in the restaurants are in English, be prepared for this. And to place an order or ask for something, you must know English or always have access to a translator.
We also didn't like the Asian restaurant. The order was waited for 45 minutes! As a result, they didn't bring our order and it looked disgusting! As a result, we went to the main buffet restaurant for dinner.
You can go to the sauna at this hotel only once during the entire stay and only by appointment. It's not convenient and this is the first time we've seen it. Usually in other hotels you can go to the sauna as much as you want. This is especially necessary when it is already cold after 15:30 and you want to keep warm.

Massage, by the way, is mediocre, I will not recommend it, the price tag is too high, counting on Europeans. There was never hot water in the shower in the room, it was washed cold, it was not comfortable. The rest of the nuances are more related to the specifics of Egypt itself. I do not like intrusive sellers who are constantly trying to make money, plus there is absolutely nothing to buy. Terrible souvenirs, perfume is even worse. After buying the bottle, I started having quincke's edema after the first use. So it's better not to take risks and not buy anything from perfume or homemade creams. If you stay in a hotel, then White Hills is quite a good option, but the price is too high, taking into account the country and overall quality. But if you want to visit the Charm, perhaps this option can be recommended with a stretch.

In winter, it is very windy in the hotel and it is impossible to enter the heated pools because of the wind. On the contrary, the beach is located in a windless place, so ask for rooms by the sea. The animation doesn't work very well, it's not important for anyone to go to this hotel. Animation was not important to us.

I asked for a room closer to the sea so that it would be windless - they gave it in the middle of the hotel in the windiest part, and I thanked the staff, but it was of little use. I have never had such contradictory feelings about any hotel before.... My wife and I vacationed at this hotel at the end of September 2024. We chose Posh Club, (hereinafter PC) room with Jacuzzi. The hotel sent a private transfer to the airport for us. They did not pay attention at the entrance, but later there was confusion with the bracelets. All hotel guests have white bracelets, PC guests also wear white ones with only a small inscription Posh Club, as a result, it was inconvenient to show the staff their bracelet by holding it directly to their nose, otherwise it was impossible to distinguish different categories of service. Why they should not be made black, for example, is not clear, many moments were gone. Maybe the hotel administration will hear it)... Check-in was exceptionally fast, PC guests have the privilege to check in immediately upon arrival. The room is two-storey, with a sea view, on the second floor there is an open terrace with a Jacuzzi. I must say right away that the Jacuzzi was not used, because in the heat the water there warmed up to plus 40, and the staff did not guess to close it with a thermal cover. The room itself is spacious, but the renovation is just terrible. There are almost no whole tiles on the floor. When finishing, the tile was laid without joints, as a result of temperature changes, it fell behind the floor in places and cracked. There are traces of paint everywhere, on the baseboards, glass doors, door handles. How could such a thing be left in the mind does not fit. There were also complaints about cleaning, but in small things.. That's all of the negativity)... On nutrition. PC guests can eat in their own restaurant, the menu is short, gets boring quickly. It hasn't changed during our vacation. The waiters are super guys. On the second day we went to eat at the main restaurant. It's something with something.... I have never eaten so tasty and varied anywhere!... I must say right away that it was only in Egypt that we visited Rixos for the 14th time, this spring, so there is something to compare it with...I will not list what we ate, but who will read the review, believe me, the food is the best!! Further by sea... Two piers at a distance of 120 meters from each other, each with 5!! descents into the water. The reef is almost 5, the beach is exactly 5+, sun beds, umbrellas, cabins, showers, toilets, waiters, animators are all super. For drinks... I will not say for the whole hotel, we, as PC guests, were poured imported alcohol in our bar, I will separately note the bartender George, an exceptionally friendly and efficient employee. We always had cold fresh, beer, whiskey and champagne available. Every evening just outside the hotel (a whole separate area!) There was a great evening program that we enjoyed attending. On departure. The hotel extended the room for late check-out for free, provided an individual transfer and organized a fast trek for a nominal fee, I would also like to mention the PC reception staff and separately the butler (if I'm not mistaken, Akhmet), who solved all the issues that arose extremely quickly and efficiently... It is necessary to take into account the interests of the majority of hotel residents, and this is obviously Russians 35+ years old, so the music program should be focused on this age, not on 16+ and Russian-oriented, evening programs in the hotel itself are simply terrible, a DJ is definitely not needed, as well as during the day. There is also a great lack of outdoor workout sports ground. The service and cuisine in the main restaurant are simply excellent. A la carte restaurants are not needed in this view, they are not tasty and boring. The fish restaurant almost never works, although it is located in the center of the beach - it is not clear why it is needed. At the same time, the beach bar is located nearby, which is very inconvenient, they need to be swapped with the fish restaurant. The room service is excellent. The concept of TAL avenue is not clear, you never know if they work for free or not, the clips are the same, it's cold in February, it's creepy and there are no blankets, and gas lamps are useless. When it's cold, no one understands anywhere that they need more hot (tea, mulled wine) or strong drinks, instead everything is cold and iced everywhere. But still, the excellent sea, the pontoon, the beach, the main restaurant and the service in it, as well as the room cleaning are so excellent that the whole hotel leaves an extremely pleasant impression. I recommend the hotel, but I hope for the improvements that have been noted. Plus, the hotel management is constantly interested in satisfaction, which is also very positive.
At the moment I'm resting at the hotel, the impressions are very good.
- the food is great, but more adult-oriented. Fish, meat, grilled shrimp, hummus, amazing babaganush, fruits and vegetables in great abundance. There is a children's table, but purely nominal - French fries, burgers, cereals.
- local alcohol before 18.00, imported after 18.00 in a bar near the reception. Prosecco is available and very good, but also only in the evening. During the day, wine (so-so) and weak beer are in bars.
- the sea is warm at the end of November, a beautiful reef, big and small fish. Be sure to take a mask. The water in the sea is incredibly turquoise.
- the animation is very unobtrusive, such as darts, exercise, there is an entertainment program in the evening.
- the territory seems to be small, but I consistently wind 8-10 thousand steps without leaving the hotel. Everything is well-groomed - washed, cleaned, cut all day long.
And now a few nuances:
- the room is large, but not to say that it is cozy, tiles, walls already with traces of exploitation.
- there is an absolutely stupid TV in the room, from Russian TNT channels and some kind of game. There is no smart TV.
In general, I like everything, the hotel is for a relaxing adult holiday: to eat, sleep, swim.. but for hanging out, it's probably not suitable.

Local alcohol (tinplate category), there seems to be alcohol in the second category, but it needs to be extracted)))) In general, this is not all inclusive, but some kind of "semi-poker")))) well, it includes an individual transfer, some restaurants.
1. A room at the Posh Club. We had a Duplex Jacuzzi Suite Beach Front / DBL+2CH (4.3). This room positions itself as a 60 sq m room with a rooftop Jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The Jacuzzi - I wouldn't climb into it, it's tired and incomprehensible. Sea view, well, OK, but on the left there is a view of the abandoned building))))) plus, everything is tired and in need of repair. The room is not 60 square meters, but God forbid 25 square meters. It's also tired and needs to be repaired. There aren't enough shelves to put things on, there's dust on the shelves, and so on… The push (I wouldn't call it anything else) is just painted in a circle with white paint, without alignment, and so on, without any problems. They didn't remove the flush button to paint normally, right on it. We were lucky enough to have something built right under our window, and they don't care that you have children, that they have an hour's sleep and they work with their hammers. Here, as I understand it, everyone doesn't care at all)))
2. The room was 2+2, there was 1 bed for a child. They asked me to bring another sofa for the second child. We started wearing aviary beds, which were probably made during the reign of the tsar. In general, we fought for a sofa for a day, in the end we were told that it was not there and so we do not do it. In the morning we go out, go to the beach and see the same sofa lying on the ground as ours)))) Either they didn't inform, they forgot, or the devil knows. Call the manager, we're here again. By lunchtime, the sofa was in the room. Hurray!
3. We went with 2 children. The Kids' club is the meanest club I've ever seen!!! I didn't write any more, the children didn't stay there for more than 3 minutes.
4. We were at the children's amphitheater for the evening program. The program consists of 40-50 minutes of dancing to the songs, then everything…
5. Pools in Posh Club - many are completely dead, some don't even want to go in!!!!! But there are also normal ones, more or less. Almost all are warm.
6. Staff - bow low! Everything here is based on them! They will always help, always smile, and make jokes. Straight from the heart! I think they understand that people go to hell when they come here, and they try to smooth it out somehow. Then the staff realizes that you are not feeding them $ and also smoothly forgets about you))) It looks funny.
7. At lunch, my wife wanted to order sparkling wine at the Boscage restaurant, she was sent to the lobby bar after 18.00)) what nonsense, it's just sparkling wine in a hotel that positions itself as all inclusive. As a result, they poured wine, which turned out to be local liquor, which is not possible to drink. Next, they asked for whiskey, but we were refused. As a result, after an educational conversation with the waiter, he himself went to the Lobby for whiskey (whiskey, by the way, is normal). In short, some kind of game.
8. Advice! Make a fuss - everything is solved immediately and prosecco and rum and gin appear in the room + fruit plates, sweets for children.
9. The beach is cool, he came to visit us. The children were digging sand! The staff at the beach is the best)) The pier is great and you can step into the sea from the edge of the neighboring hotel.
10. Alcohol is everywhere here! I've never seen so much arrogance in any hotel in the world. Ask for the bottle to be opened in front of you, rather than showing an open full bottle. If he refuses, we call the manager!!!
11. Food, as in all of Egypt, never comes to us. It will work, just like everywhere else. Have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the Posh Club reception. There are delicious dishes here. But, everything is monotonous and gets boring in 8 days.
12. We had a New Year's Eve party at the hotel and had a New Year's Eve dinner. The program is "good", the food is "excellent". Alcohol is paid for, and for champagne 700$/booth. In general, we stayed with the children until 23.00 and went to bed. I've seen enough belly dancing for the rest of my life. We watched it for about an hour, it's like torture)))) Apparently something went wrong with their plan and they replaced the belly dance with a performance with endless hammering music, without a break. We are lovers of dancing, this did not happen here. It wasn't on purpose that everyone would go to the club afterwards. It must have been after 00:00, but we had already left. People ask why they don't pour chivas here, did we pay for Posh club specifically for this? The answer is: "go to the Posh club")))) we returned to the disco, from 00.00 there should be a disco until the morning. I was only in a nearby club with an entrance of $ 200 per person, you start to make a fuss - it goes down to $ 100, you still make a fuss of $ 40 around the corner, aaaaaaaaaaa……
Let's draw a line... it was "before" (the first 2 days), and now "after":
There was a meeting with the main staff of the hotel + the administration, as we left a bad review about New Year's Eve. At the meeting, we sorted everything out.
After that, we immediately changed the room to a Family Suite (while retaining all privileges), room service is free, anything for a wife, children, any wishes, and a car came for us when we called and took us wherever we wanted)))) I asked my wife to arrange a romantic dinner with live music, and the hotel, as an apology to my wife, did everything for free (the staff were great, they did everything to the maximum of their capabilities).
The attitude towards the hotel changed for the better after the Posh Club started working, as it should always work, BUT the first two days of hell that went on here blurred all opinion about the hotel and rest!
We went to all the free restaurants - the hat is full! We didn't go to the paid ones, there's no point.
Many thanks to our manager, who was attached to us at the hotel. The only person who directly helped and brightened up living in this hell.
Conclusion:
1. In general, the concept of the hotel is "save on everything and make more money"!
2. We've been to a lot of places, we have something to compare it with. This is the most miserable place!
3. It's not a 5*, it's a regular 3*.
4. Don't come here, don't waste your money and nerves! Don't be fooled by the photos on Instagram, there's Photoshop)))
5. For us, the Sunrise hotel line is permanently closed. Never again!

We were traveling through biblio globus, a disgusting operator, choose another one if possible and it's better to fly with Aeroflot, they did well, everything was on time without delays .
