A wonderful Condo. Yes, it is outside the city and you need to walk about 1 km to tuk Tuk, but there is a clear sea nearby. A very good management company, they constantly wash, cut, clean, they will always help and prompt. There is a water pump on the territory, you do not need to go somewhere to get water, there is a gym. Three swimming pools, sauna. The apartments are large, well furnished. And most importantly, there is no humidity in apartments, those who have vacationed and live in Thailand understand how important this is.
Of course, there is one very important drawback, a big problem: anyone can enter the condo and park their vehicle in the parking lot. Neither the guards nor the manager are watching this, especially on weekends. The manager does not respond to requests to restore order.

There is a decent sea and an embankment nearby. You can walk far along the shore. The condo has a quiet, clean pool with massagers. There are many delicious cafes nearby, although they are more expensive than in Jomtien 2-3 times.
Cons: it's sad there without transport. Shops and food courts are far away.
If the balcony is on the vanyushka river, then be prepared for the fact that fishermen start loud boat engines from 4 in the morning ... you can only sleep heavily drunk or deaf.

We lived in these apartments , clean and cozy , dry cleaning every two days , the territory is clean , the pools are good, but there is one but even two, there are fishermen nearby in the neighborhood it stinks terribly, mud fuuu, if they are removed it will be the norm, it is still far from the center, civilization, to buy food you need to go far.
