Every thing about this Hotel was so amazing, the price, the clean rooms that don’t stink and are comfortable, most of all the costumer service, Hayot works at the front desk and helped us so much she text us helped us with changes held our bags and made our stay the best!! We will be back

Recently, my friend and I were in Samarkand, and we chose this hotel for our accommodation. I really liked the hotel, we checked in at night without any problems) the room was very stylish, clean, lots of towels, bathrobes, slippers, everything is as it should be :))) In general, the street is good, but we didn't walk along it much) it took 15-20 minutes by taxi to the center, it was very convenient for us) the breakfasts are delicious, varied, there is a pleasant veranda, we had breakfast there) the staff speaks Russian, pleasant, polite) cleaning was every day. Our flight back to Moscow was in the evening, so we decided to take another walk around the center of Samarkand, but we had to leave our things somewhere. Knowing that there was a full boarding at the hotel, we were very happy when they found us a room for half a day so that we could safely leave for the airport after a walk.
In general, I recommend it from the bottom of my heart, you will like it here!

Excellent hotel, we stayed on our way to Bukhara from April 22-24, 2025. The hotel is new, beautiful, and cozy. Upon arrival, the room category was improved, it was very pleasant. The room is large and bright. A sufficient variety of dishes, sausages, cheeses are offered for breakfast, everything is delicious. The hotel is located within walking distance of the main attractions. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Our visit to Samarkand brought only positive emotions! And all thanks to Administrator Askar. We were with an 8-month-old baby, and it's quite difficult to find a hotel with such loyal conditions. Askar did everything for a pleasant time. He recommended a room with an extra cot for the baby, and upon arrival it was already made up with clean, snow-white linens, for which I would like to thank him. Going to the pool also left a wonderful impression, clean, warm and we swam with pleasure. Breakfasts at the hotel have everything you need. Porridge rice bomb😍As an administrator, I think he did his job by 10 points. If we return to Samarkand, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. Solid 5👍

For four visits to Samarkand, this is our best choice. Although the previous ones were very good. The hotel itself is a good business level, such a great four European. Breakfast is everything you need. A quiet, respectable area. Moreover, it is very close to the tourist area and attractions. In addition, there are several very good restaurants with pleasant prices within walking distance.

Excellent new modern hotel in European style. Udrbno located. Clean, bright, hospitable. Nice, spacious rooms. Everything is new. It's so nice that you can read books from our good classics on the shelves in the room. Good wifi. Delicious breakfasts with a good selection of everything. We had dinner at the restaurant, took dishes of Uzbek national cuisine. Everything was delicious, beautiful presentation, good service.
The staff at all stages are well done!

Brand new, clean, cozy, top-level service.
The room has everything you need: toiletries, water, tea, safe. The bed linen is soft and snow-white. Pillows to choose from, there are high, there are low. The mattress, although it looks elastic, is actually comfortable and comfortable, the sides did not hurt, we slept well. The hotel is very quiet, relax music is playing, a soft carpet in the corridors absorbs all steps. Cleaning every day without a reminder.
The breakfast is varied. Everything is delicious. Porridge, omelette, scrambled eggs, sausages, sausage cuts and cheese of several types, juice, fresh vegetables, tea and most importantly NATURAL COFFEE, which, as we understood from the reviews of other hotels, even with a coffee machine, is a rare phenomenon :)
The location is excellent - near the modern city center, a street with shops, a shopping center within a 3-minute walk, a bank, a wonderful park for the promenade and an excellent restaurant "Samarkand" with reasonable prices. At the same time, the hotel itself is located on a quiet street, where cars practically do not drive.
We sincerely thank all the staff of the hotel and especially the manager Murat, who accompanied us every step of the way.

A new hotel in a convenient location in the city. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied, delicious. Rooms are cleaned daily, clean.
