I visited this hotel for the first time and did not regret it, the rooms are clean, there is an elevator, a variety of delicious cuisine, lots of sweets, the territory for eating is huge, there is a large swimming pool, there is an aquapark, on the ground floor there are boutiques with essential goods for recreation, a hammam, a massage room, a spa, 5 minutes walk to the sea or you can drive up There is a small entertainment program every evening on the free transfer, next to the river, along which beautiful pirate ships sail. There is a cafe, a pastry shop, and a bar near the pool. There is a separate dining room on the beach with food, fruits and beer, and plenty of free sun beds under a canopy. The sea is clean. In general, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, because with all the advantages described above, one of the main ones is that there are no huge queues anywhere, a maximum of 5 minutes and you get your drink or ice cream.

The hotel is not bad.
1. The rooms are good, everything you need is there. Plus, I was pleased with the free safe and free wi-fi. The cleaning is not very high quality.
2. There is always a lot of food, you will not stay hungry.
3. Although the beach is located outside the hotel, it is a pleasure to go to it. The journey took about 4 minutes. The road is made of paving slabs, next to a protected area. Those who do not really like to walk, or who are with children, can get to the beach by minibus (walks regularly).
The beach itself is large, spacious, very clean, the water is incredibly clean and transparent. However, for those who are vacationing with children, you need to be careful, it gets deep abruptly.
4. The territory, in my opinion, is very small. More precisely, half of the territory is occupied by an empty field. In my opinion, this is the only disadvantage. There is nowhere to walk in the evening.
There is nowhere to walk outside the territory either. You can really go to Ancient Side and Manovgad by minibus for $ 1 per person. A ring of routes near the hotel.

Positive: good food, just a huge selection, for 9 days in addition to the usual dishes there were tuna, dorado, sea bass, crayfish, lamb, etc. Bartenders make delicious and beautiful cocktails. Credit beer and wine. It is not tiring to go to the sea, there is a minibus every half hour. Almost all the staff understands at least Russian. Free replenishment of the non-alcoholic bar in the room, free Internet EVERYWHERE, free towels and sun beds. There is an entertainment program every evening.
Cons: one street for walking because the location of the hotel is at the mouth of the river, few shops, nowhere to walk in the evening. However, the hotel is next to the bus stop- for $ 1 to the city. And the most significant disadvantage was that often there were unwashed or frankly dirty dishes. small questions about room cleaning, but not critical.
In general, I recommend it despite the identified shortcomings
