A compact museum.
The three floors are mostly photos with text. A strong impression is the hall dedicated to Mr. Orange.
Everything is dubbed into English, but you can take an audio guide in Russian.
The entire territory (not very large) in front of the museum is filled with American downed/captured vehicles. You can climb and take pictures everywhere.
A small installation dedicated to how the French helped the Vietnamese build democracy before the Americans is worth a look.
Payment for tickets is in cash only.
Rather for connoisseurs, 4 stars is a stretch.
