The process was not fast, bidding took place, then payment, delivery, etc. When the car had already arrived in the Republic of Belarus, they began to negotiate a trip for the car and further processing of documents. We contacted the manager in advance and recalculated the final settlement amounts, namely the customs fee. They didn't answer us right away, they wrote to us again and only then received a response on the amount. When they have already arrived by fax, they call the amount two times more than the one they calculated! The dialogue did not happen, they immediately sent it to Director Ilya Petrovich Plokhotnikov. Upon arrival at the office, no one was interested in resolving the situation, the director did not even delve into the essence of the matter, but immediately began to say that they WERE COUNTING ON EVERYONE THAT WAY, i.e. they initially gave false information. There was no compromise.
Terrible attitude towards customers, a lot of flaws in the work.

There were some moments at each stage, but the guys were always in touch and always gave a clear answer. I can say that the guys who worked with me are just great. Sergey was responsible for the delivery - a cheerful guy with whom you just want to communicate, you don't feel any business tension, but he answers all your questions clearly, briefly and without water, is aware of all the nuances, prepared us for all the documents in advance, explained everything and told us. We also picked up the car from customs with Vladislav, we didn't talk for long, but the impression was just as pleasant. A competent young man - the documents were submitted in the morning, and the car was already picked up in the evening.

On January 22, I had to go to Minsk and deal with them personally, where I was offered an "alternative method" of delivery via Lithuania by another carrier, all I had to do was pay 2,200euros on top. And lo and behold, as soon as they handed over more money, which was not originally agreed upon at work, on February 4, I was informed that the car had arrived in Minsk. After we picked up the car, it was clear that the repair would not be $ 2,000, but according to current accurate estimates, it amounted to $4,170!
People, do not contact them in any case! 80% of their reviews on Yandex.Maps are fake and have no statement of facts!

When I found out that they had opened their own car rental company from the USA, I decided that this was a good option. The company is young and visible, which means they should value their reputation and do everything efficiently.
I contacted them, and the manager explained the conditions in detail. There were three service packages, and I chose the average one for $1,500. It included car selection, inspection, delivery, and spare parts search and delivery (which was important to me). Everything sounded good, but in reality everything turned out to be far from smooth.
Stage 1: Search for a car
Initially, I was promised a car selection based on my parameters and budget. However, at first they offered me more or less suitable options, but then they started to discount cars that either clearly went beyond the budget, or it was unrealistic to buy them for the right amount. The search dragged on for about a month. In the end, I found a suitable car myself in a couple of days, sent it to them, they checked, and we bought it. It turns out that they weren't actually responsible for the “search” for the car I paid for.
Stage 2: Purchase and payment
When we won the car, they sent me an invoice with errors (incorrect lot number and data), which is why the money went to no one knows where. Then it turned out that the company had bought the car on its own, but they hadn't warned me about it. Moreover, I received the documents confirming the purchase and loading process only two weeks later, that is, if something had happened to the car, no one would have been responsible for it.
Stage 3: Delivery
The car was supposed to be shipped to Lithuania, but due to changes in legislation, it had to be redirected to Georgia. Everything was as opaque as possible: the answers had to be knocked out, and photos from loading and unloading were sent with huge delays. At one point, I didn't understand where my car was at all.
When she got to Minsk, it turned out that I needed to pay 300-400 dollars for parking, which I was not warned about. The car had been parked in Belarus since December 18, and I was informed only on the 30th, although if I had been told on time, I would have picked up the car immediately and would not have paid too much.
Stage 4: Spare Parts
This stage turned out to be just as chaotic. Several managers were looking for spare parts, who came and went, and as a result, the selection took 2.5 months. We ordered the parts in China, but they didn't help me with the payment, although they promised. Then, without my knowledge, they organized the delivery of spare parts to Grodno for 600 rubles, although I could have transported them myself for less. When I protested, of course, no one returned the money to me.
By the time the spare parts arrived, it turned out that there was not enough lidar, camera mounting, and the radiator was not from that model at all. As a result, I had to spend an additional 200-300 dollars to fix their mistakes.
Conclusion
The company is not doing its job. There were problems, delays and a complete lack of transparency at every stage. There is no operational connection, no one holds on to the customers, and the responsibility is shifted to the customers themselves. My case is far from an isolated one, many people have faced similar situations.
If it is important to you that the process is clear, fast and hassle-free, I do not recommend contacting this company. They know how to make beautiful videos and sell services, but they don't know how to provide them efficiently.

Here is the contract for the service they do in general quickly, five minutes and everything is ready. It is a pity that we contacted this organization. They just gave the money to nowhere, the work as described in their profile is not even 50% completed.
It took 6 months from the moment of purchase to the moment of receipt of the car, provided that I agreed to the additional payment "because of the sanction". As a result, the overpayment amounted to 6,100 euros compared to the initial calculations.
The attitude of the managers is disgusting, starting with the selection. I had to constantly ask to be given some lots, it got ridiculous - until you write, they won't work with you.
To get at least some information about the purchased car, you need to constantly call, no one knows anything, the managers were constantly changing.
After a month of downtime in the port of Klaipeda, it turned out that the car was not passable and it was necessary to pay extra, of course, in cash and into the hands of the manager (who later turned out to be not a manager at all, but a carrier).
After paying the next day, the car stayed at the port for two more months, for which, for some reason, I had to pay out of my own pocket, why so, the only answer is sanctions, bad customs officers and brokers.
Communication and payment were made directly with the carrier, although I have a contract (including for delivery) only with this company.
No one helped at customs either, so I had to work on my own.
Regarding the selection of spare parts, it was just a circus, we threw off spare parts from previous models with a bumper buy, which, with all my desire, would not fit on my car.
I regretted contacting this company 10 times. I paid for services and competencies, but as a result, neither of them turned out to be.
I decided to bring a car from the USA.
The choice fell on the Waplcars company.And he didn't regret it. The managers explained the whole process very clearly, the broker Pavel was able to find and win a car in perfect condition for excellent money, and the logistics coordinator Sergey keeps up to date and regularly updates information about the location of the car.

I signed an agreement with these classic representatives of the Belarusian business model on October 16. The car is a 2018 Tesla model 3. They promised that they would take the car through Klaipeda without any problems (if not for this condition, then they would not have driven at all). The car was recovered the next day. Then the delivery to Klaipeda. There weren't any particular problems. On December 3, the car was at the port, but information had to be extracted from the broker with pliers. He answered sometimes after a day. The standard answer is: wait. Then the fun began. The car stood motionless for about 50 days. At one point, the broker simply disappeared, as did the Viber account. Then another "specialist" got in touch. And he gave out that you would have to pay 1,750 euros for delivery, although at the stage of concluding the contract the amount of 1080-1500 $ was stipulated. Allegedly, it is necessary to make some kind of piece of paper for 500 euros. Oh well. Driving a car is always a risk. And now the car arrives at the border and the final delivery price is 2500$!!! For your information, shipping across America and by sea cost $ 2,160))). They said to pay directly in cash in euros at the customs building))) if you want through the bank +35%))) To this day, I am waiting for a clear calculation of shipping costs from Klaipeda, but there is nothing.
One of the key arguments for the doubling of the shipping price was that my car was allegedly under sanctions, and they took it and drove it, I have to thank them in every way that they are such beauties. I have not found such information from open sources that trains older than 5 years are not passable. They promised to drop a link to a Lithuanian document, but as you understand... It's terrible!!! They work exclusively for instagram. For the picture. In real life, there is no attitude. They promise mountains of gold, but in fact - only problems and stress. They sniffed the Car, allegedly in 2019, and hid the information that the year was different. And at the border, when registering the PTS, the year was set to 2018. Are you crazy about deceiving people like that?!!! No promised insurance, nothing. Definitely, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
