We went there for the first and last time. Sellers are not competent from the word at all. The consultation of the TV fit into the phrase: "There is no Internet in it."
But in the first place they had a woman (unfortunately, I didn't see if there was a badge), serving from behind the window where they sell watches and stuff. When we approached, she was just sitting on a chair in the phone and nothing would have happened, put down the phone, they came up to you, but no, she did not react to our presence, only changed which hand to prop up her head. We moved away from the window, she got up and leaned against the window and was still on the phone, she had enough time to stand for two minutes. She sat down again, we came up again, stood at the window right in front of her, zero reaction, then she gets up and walks past, "lies down" on the window and then into the phone. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing. The owner needs to think about the personnel.

We lagged behind the service market and so on (I ordered delivery, they said they would bring it from 3 to 5, the driver would not call, i.e. sit and wait for 2 hours and the delivery turned out to be not cheap, it was cheaper to bring it by taxi!)
