There is only one name from the Bank. There is no ATM in felial, there is not even a cash register, three incomprehensible people are sitting, imitating violent activity. The world cards that they sell for 2 thousand tenge are a completely useless piece of plastic from which it is impossible to withdraw or transfer money. The ruble exchange rate in this pathetic semblance of a bank is 4 tenge per ruble. The commission is horse-drawn. There is a reasonable question why it was necessary to open a branch if you simply can't even make a cash register there?

The fact that there is an ATM is good, but that it did not service my VTB WORLD (Russia) card It's quite sad. I had to use the transfer services of a friend from Kazakhstan and he was withdrawing money from his card.

There is no ATM or cash register here. They offered to withdraw money from the card at the nearest ATM in Uralsk :) the department is engaged only in mortgage lending
