The service is extremely low. In the department, the staff is rude. Yesterday, I personally encountered a situation: the cashier, counting a large amount on a typewriter, found an extra bill and instead of recalculating it correctly, she started asking me questions and rudely stated that she would not recalculate it because "her customers are waiting." The opening hours are technically until 18:00, but if you arrive at 17:49, you may no longer be accepted. The bank is the only one that still closes for lunch — be careful with the schedule.
The branch for legal entities is the only one in the city, but its location is extremely inconvenient. Parking nearby is paid — 500 tenge for a short visit. And the exchange rate is also very inflated, and in addition to the overvalued exchange rate, the conversion fee will also be charged.
Against the background of such high fees and low level of service, one can only regret that the choice for business is so limited. I would like to see a more customer-oriented approach, prompt work, courteous treatment of employees and transparent conditions for conducting operations.
There are no complaints against the bank. Everything is clear. But the fact that there is no parking for customers and you can't go there, it's just a huge fat minus 2 stars. You always have to park somewhere far away in the yards and then go, if it's not convenient with children at all, to walk.
