From 14:20 we are sitting in the bank with the patient's mother, at 3 o'clock, the bank will close soon, there is not much queue, there are few people, people come to call their numbers immediately, and we have been sitting for 2 and a half hours, employees go to lunch for more than an hour, the 6th window. Sitting in a bank for 3 hours is unbearable, everything is absolutely terrible on the second floor.
