Excellent service. The ATM took away the VTB WORLD card issued in Russia in the evening. The next day, I received it in 5 minutes at the department!!! Thanks to the staff for such a fast service!

The service is disgusting, as is the whole service. In January, I contacted the Pushkin branch to update the company's data. In April, I applied to give my accountant access to banking, but the data has not been updated and I am not a director. They sent the issue to the bank that I initially applied to. A mess and a piggy attitude.

Very long service. We were ready according to the reviews that 1 window is working. And so it turned out. They changed rubles, the employee evaluated all the bills very meticulously, rejected a lot, like crumpled, torn (at sas exchange points they did not look at it at all). The terminal for withdrawing money from the card does not work, for some reason it remains unanswered.. in general, the staff is not very friendly.
